Mandy's interest in physiotherapy as a career was sparked as a young teenage netballer who was the victim of repeated ankle sprains. Mandy graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from New Zealand’s University of Otago in 2010. During her undergraduate years, Mandy thrived carrying physiotherapy and first aid duties with the Dunedin Rugby Club and various Otago Rugby Union representative teams. She also regularly provided on-field medical assistance during Super Rugby matches held in Dunedin and Invercargill.
As a new graduate, Mandy relocated to Palmerston North for the opportunity to work in private practice under renowned physiotherapist Mike Harnett. Here Mandy worked with an array of sport injuries, workplace injuries and chronic pain programs. Mandy also continued to work with sport teams, and worked with both club and representative sides in the Manawatu Rugby Union. She also spent two years as the physiotherapist for the International Rugby Academy of New Zealand, working alongside many current and ex-international All Black and Wallaby rugby union players.
In 2013 Mandy and her husband relocated ‘across the ditch’ in search of greener pastures and warmer weather. Since this time Mandy has been working in private practice on the Sunshine Coast. She has worked extensively with chronic back pain, neck pain and headaches, surgical patients, sports injuries and workplace injuries. She enjoys working alongside local netball clubs with the aim of preventing netball-related knee and ankle injuries, and has previously coached netball locally for years. Mandy is also currently working alongside the University of Melbourne to carry out in depth research into knee osteoarthritis.
In her spare time Mandy enjoys the gym, family time, wining and dining, and making the most of the beautiful beaches that the Sunshine Coast has to offer.

Naomi completed a diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy from South Metropolitan TAFE in Western Australia in July 2018. She has been working as a remedial massage therapist in allied health clinics in Perth since then, predominantly alongside chiropractors. Fortunately for us, Naomi chose to relocate to the Sunshine Coast in January 2022 to further her studies, and is in her second year of studying physiotherapy at Australian Catholic University. Naomi has a passion for working with people to see them regain strength and mobility through remedial massage techniques, by reducing pain while simultaneously increasing range of motion and function. She practices on the belief that a good massage should gain results, while allowing you to relax, and has developed an appreciation and practice on establishing an effective and relaxing experience.
Naomi provides a tailored service to her clients with the goal of achieving results, drawing on a range of Remedial Massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point, myofascial release, PNF stretching, mobilisations, relaxations, pregnancy massage, manual lymph drainage, dry needling and trager techniques.
In her spare time Naomi loves to spend time with family and friends. She also enjoys getting out in the garden, and has played piano from a young age.
