We warmly welcome gold card holders, and white card holders for treatment of accepted conditions. To access our services you will require a valid D904 referral from your GP.
We are accredited providers with Workcover Queensland, and can provide physiotherapy services for approved Workcover Queensland claims or insurance claims. To access our services you will require a GP referral.
We warmly welcome NDIS participants who are self-managed or fund managed. We hope to have full NDIS registration soon and will be able to extend our services to NDIS managed participants.
We happily accept all patients under Medicare EPC referral for a chronic or complex condition. Please see your GP to see if you are eligible to see us under EPC referral.

*Full fee payment of $90.00 is charged on day of consultation. A medicare patient rebate of $60.35 is processed on the same day of service, meaning out of pocket cost is $29.65.

We completely understand that life gets busy, and sometimes situations out of our control can arise. We do appreciate as much notice as possible if you cannot make a scheduled appointment - our time and appointments are extremely precious. Our ability to viably provide an affordable service is greatly compromised by repeated non-attendances and short notice cancellations. Regrettably, full fees will be charged for cancellations within a 24 hour period.
